What's included in our Google Ads management.
Google Ads management is the ongoing work of building, bidding, testing, and reporting on your campaigns so every dollar chases a customer. At Ads Arsenal, that work is itemized.
Conversion tracking setup
Calls, forms, bookings, and purchases tracked with Google tag, enhanced conversions, and offline imports from your CRM.
Account restructure
Campaigns grouped by service and margin, so budget flows to the jobs you actually want.
Keyword and negative lists
Search terms reviewed weekly. Irrelevant searches blocked before they cost you a second click.
Ad copy and assets
Responsive search ads, sitelinks, callouts, images, and video assets written and rotated monthly.
Performance Max and Shopping
Feeds, asset groups, and audience signals built for ecommerce and lead-gen accounts.

Bidding and budgets
Smart bidding set to your target cost per lead or return on spend, with daily pacing checks.
Landing page review

Google Ads pricing that moves with your results.
Most agencies charge 10 to 20 percent of your ad spend. That pays them more when you spend more, whether it works or not. Our fee is performance-based, tied to the leads, sales, or return on spend we agree on up front.

Google Ads for businesses where one lead is worth a lot.

Plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and electrical. Local Services Ads plus Search, tracked to booked jobs.
Legal
Personal injury, family, and criminal defense, where clicks cost $50 or more and tracking has to be perfect.
Medical and dental
Implants, aesthetics, and elective procedures, with compliant ad copy and call tracking.
Ecommerce
Shopping and Performance Max with clean product feeds and margin-aware bidding.
Professional services
Accounting, insurance, and B2B services where the sale closes offline and imports back.
Multi-location brands
One account structure, local budgets, and location-level cost per lead reporting.
How our Google Ads process works.
Audit
20 checks across tracking, structure, search terms, bidding, and landing pages. You keep the findings.
Fix tracking
Nothing scales until every call, form, and sale reports back to Google correctly.
Rebuild and launch
Campaigns rebuilt by service line, with fresh copy, assets, and negative keyword lists.
Optimize weekly
Search terms, bids, budgets, and ad tests reviewed every week against your cost-per-lead target.

You pay for intent. That is why Search still wins.
Google Ads places your business in front of people searching for what you sell, and you pay when they click. Someone typing "emergency plumber near me" has already decided to buy. The job is to make sure you show up for those searches, and not for "plumber salary."
Performance Max and YouTube extend reach to people earlier in the decision. We add them once Search is profitable, not before.
Why owners move their Google Ads to us.
You own everything
The ad account, the tracking, and the data stay in your name. Leave any time and keep all of it.
Tracking before spending
Most wasted spend we find traces back to broken conversion data. We fix it first.
One account lead, one number
A named account lead owns your cost per lead and answers within one business day.
How a roofing contractor cut cost per lead from $96 to $31.
The account was running one broad campaign with no negative keywords and form fills counted twice. Reported cost per lead looked like $48. The real number was $96.
We fixed tracking in week one, split campaigns by repair versus replacement, blocked 1,140 irrelevant search terms, and moved budget to the zip codes that closed. Ninety days later: 187 leads a month at $31 each.
"We were about to quit Google Ads. Turns out we were paying for people looking for roofing jobs, not roofers."
From owners who read their own reports now.
"Same budget, 3x the booked calls. The difference was call tracking. We finally knew which keywords rang the phone."
"They turned off Performance Max for the first two months. Our old agency had it eating 60% of the budget on junk placements."
"Shopping went from break-even to 6.1x in one quarter. The feed cleanup alone was worth the first month."
Google Ads management FAQs.
Straight answers to what owners ask before hiring a Google Ads agency.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Industry pricing usually runs $500 to $5,000 a month in management fees, often set at 10 to 20 percent of ad spend. Our pricing is performance-based instead, so the fee is tied to agreed results like leads or return on spend. You get an exact quote after a free audit, and there is never a markup on your ad spend.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
Work backward from your goal. Multiply the leads you need by what a lead costs in your market, which is often $40 to $150 for local services. Most local businesses need at least $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend for Google's bidding to learn. Our free ad budget calculator does the math for you.
Is there a minimum ad spend to work with you?
We recommend at least $1,500 a month in Google ad spend. Below that, campaigns rarely collect enough conversions for smart bidding to work, and the management effort outweighs the spend. If your budget is smaller, we will tell you honestly whether local SEO or Local Services Ads is the better first dollar.
Who owns my Google Ads account?
You do. The account is created or kept under your business, billed to your card, and we get access through our manager account. If you ever leave, you keep every campaign, keyword list, conversion action, and piece of historical data. Agencies that keep the account hostage are a red flag.
How long does it take to see results from Google Ads?
Search campaigns start producing leads within days of launch. Expect 30 to 60 days for smart bidding to settle and cost per lead to stabilize, and about 90 days for a fully tuned account. Accounts with broken tracking take longer, because the first month goes to fixing the data Google learns from.
Is there a contract?
New accounts start with a 90-day term, because the first quarter covers tracking fixes, the rebuild, and the bidding learning period. After that, management goes month-to-month with 30 days' notice. There are no 12-month lock-ins and no early termination fees after the first term.
What is included in Google Ads management?
Conversion tracking, account structure, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy and assets, bidding, budget pacing, Performance Max and Shopping, Local Services Ads when relevant, landing page review, and weekly reporting. Every deliverable is listed in your agreement.
How do I know my Google Ads are working?
By cost per lead and revenue, not clicks. We track calls, forms, bookings, and purchases back to the exact campaign and keyword, and import closed deals from your CRM when possible. Your weekly report leads with leads, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
SEO or Google Ads: which should I do first?
Google Ads buys leads this week. SEO builds leads that keep coming without a click fee, but takes 60 to 90 days to move. Most local businesses run both: ads for immediate volume and to learn which keywords convert, and local SEO to lower the cost of those same leads over time.
Do you manage Local Services Ads and Performance Max?
Yes. For home services and many professional services, Local Services Ads are often the cheapest leads available, and we handle verification, profile setup, and lead disputes. Performance Max is added once Search is profitable, with brand exclusions and placement reporting so it cannot quietly eat your budget.
Why hire an agency instead of running Google Ads myself?
You can run it yourself, and Google makes launching easy. The expensive part is what launching skips: tracking, negatives, structure, and weekly search term review. Most accounts we audit waste 20 to 40 percent of spend on those gaps. A good agency pays for itself by closing them.
What happens during onboarding?
Week one covers access through your Google Ads manager link and the 20-point audit. Week two fixes conversion tracking. New campaigns usually launch by day 14, and you get your first weekly report the following Monday.
Do you run remarketing, Shopping, and Display campaigns?
Yes, when they earn their place. Remarketing brings back visitors who did not convert, Shopping is essential for ecommerce, and Display works for specific audiences. We add each one only after Search is profitable, and every campaign has to report its own cost per lead or return on spend.
Do you manage Microsoft Ads (Bing)?
Yes. Microsoft Ads often delivers leads at a lower cost than Google because fewer advertisers compete there, and its audience skews older and higher-income. We usually import your proven Google campaigns once they are profitable, then tune bids for Microsoft's traffic.
