Information we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, business website, the service you are asking about, and your approximate ad spend.
We also collect standard technical data from your browser, such as pages viewed, referring page, device type, and approximate location from your IP address. This helps us understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your audit.
- To deliver the services you hire us for, including managing ad, social, and business accounts you give us access to.
- To improve this website and measure which marketing brings in inquiries.
- To send occasional emails about our services. You can opt out with one click.
Account access
When you grant us access to an ad account, social profile, or Google Business Profile, we use it only for the work in our agreement. We use platform partner and role-based access wherever the platform supports it, and we remove our access when an engagement ends if you ask us to.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, email, scheduling, and analytics tools), under agreements that limit how they use it, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar tools to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as expected if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@adsarsenal.com. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, may have additional rights, and we honor verified requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
