Custom loyalty and rewards programsTurn first-time customers into regulars with a rewards program we build and run.
Your brand, your rewards, your customer list. No app for your customers. No new POS for you. We design it, install it, train your front desk, and keep it working.

Local businesses grow on repeat visits. Paper punch cards cannot track them.
Paper cards get lost in wallets and washing machines. They never tell you who stopped coming back, and they cannot send a reminder.
A digital program knows every member, every visit, and every lapse. That means you can bring a regular back before they drift to the shop down the street, for a fraction of what a new customer costs in ads.

Everything your front desk needs in the ten seconds after checkout.
Reward rules that fit your margins
Points, visits, or tiers, designed around your average ticket so rewards feel generous and stay profitable.
QR check-in at the counter
Customers join with a phone number or a scan. Their card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Branded digital card
Your logo, your colors, your reward names. It looks like your business, not like a software company.
Reminder texts and emails
"Two more visits to your free service" goes out automatically, with opt-in consent handled correctly.
Win-back automation
Customers who have not visited in 45, 60, or 90 days get a timed offer to come back.
Review ask at redemption
The happiest moment of the visit triggers a Google review request, feeding your local rankings.
Live in about a week. Here is how it runs.
We design it
A 20-minute call on your ticket size, visit rhythm, and slow days. We draft the rewards and the messages.
We build it
Branded card, QR signage, texts, and automations, connected to the booking or POS system you already use.
We train your team
A short session with your front desk. Staff forgetting to ask is the top reason programs fail, so we script the ask.
We run it
Monthly offers, win-back campaigns, and a one-page report on members, visits, and revenue from regulars.
More repeat visits, fewer empty chairs.
Sample views from programs we manage. Business names withheld.

"We had a paper punch card for six years. We now know 900 clients by name, and our Tuesday gaps fill from a single text."
"The groom-five-get-one-free card pays for itself. Clients rebook before they leave because they can see how close they are."
"I did not want another app to manage. They run it and send me one page a month. That is the whole job on my end."
Built for how local businesses actually operate.
Salons and nail studios
"Visit 6 times, get $20 off." Rebooking reminders timed to the fill cycle.
Groomers
"Groom 5, get the 6th free." Reminders timed to each breed's coat schedule.
Cafes and restaurants
Points per dollar, a birthday reward, and slow-day offers that fill Tuesdays.
Retail and studios
Tiered VIP levels, early access to drops, and member-only nights.
Performance-based, with the customer list always yours.
We price the program around the repeat revenue it produces. You get a quote after a free plan call, and nothing about it locks your data in.

Questions owners ask before launching.
What is a customer loyalty program and how does it work?
A loyalty program rewards customers for coming back. Each visit or purchase earns a stamp or points, and a set number earns a reward. Ours runs digitally, so every member, visit, and redemption is tracked, and reminders go out without anyone on your staff lifting a finger.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers join with a phone number or a QR scan at the counter. Their rewards card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. No download, no password, and nothing extra for them to remember.
Does it work with my POS or booking software?
Usually, yes. We connect to common booking and POS systems used by salons, groomers, cafes, and shops. If yours has no connection, check-ins run through a QR code and a simple front-desk tablet. You never have to switch systems to use the program.
How long does setup take?
Most programs go live in about a week. That covers the design call, the branded card, QR signage, the reminder and win-back messages, and a short staff training session. Multi-location businesses take a little longer because each location gets its own check-in.
Who trains my staff?
We do. Staff forgetting to ask at checkout is the most common reason loyalty programs stall, so we give your front desk a short script and a quick live session. New hires can use the same one-page guide we leave behind.
Can I customize the rewards and branding?
Yes, all of it. Rewards, thresholds, tiers, colors, logo, and message wording are built around your business. We recommend a structure based on your average ticket and visit rhythm, then adjust it after the first 60 days of real data.
Is texting my customers legal?
Yes, when it is done with consent. Members opt in when they join, every message includes opt-out instructions, and we handle carrier registration for business texting. Following these rules is part of the service, not something you have to research yourself.
How much does a loyalty program cost?
Pricing is performance-based and quoted after a free plan call, because a two-chair salon and a four-location cafe need very different programs. Every quote covers setup, messaging, and monthly management. There are no per-customer fees and no charge to export your list.
Do I own my customer list if I leave?
Yes. Your members, their visit history, and their contact details belong to you. If you ever stop working with us, we export the full list to you. Some DIY apps delete your cards when you cancel. We never do.
