What's included

What's included in our Meta Ads management.

Meta Ads management is the planning, creative, buying, and testing behind your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. At Ads Arsenal, creative gets as much attention as the media buy, because on Meta it decides who sees your ad.

01

Pixel and Conversions API

Browser and server-side tracking with deduplication, so Meta optimizes on real purchases and leads.

02

Account structure

Fewer, stronger campaigns that give the algorithm enough data to learn, instead of 40 starved ad sets.

03

Creative production

Statics, carousels, short videos, and UGC concepts written, designed, and edited in-house.

04

Weekly creative testing

New hooks and angles tested every week, judged on hook rate, hold rate, and cost per result.

05

Audiences and exclusions

Broad targeting where it wins, retargeting and customer lists where it counts, and clean exclusions.

06

Advantage+ campaigns

Advantage+ Shopping and app campaigns set up with guardrails so existing customers do not inflate results.

07

Lead ads and forms

Instant forms with qualifying questions, synced to your CRM so sales calls leads within minutes.

08

Landing page review

Message match between ad and page, load speed, and checkout or form friction reviewed.

09

Weekly reporting

Spend, ROAS or cost per lead, and the top creative every week.

Plans

Meta Ads plans, tiered by creative volume.

Pricing is performance-based and quoted after a free audit. What changes between plans is how much new creative we test each month, because that is what keeps Meta results from fading.

Facebook and Instagram reward businesses that can show the result in a thumb-stopping image or a 15-second video.

01

Ecommerce and DTC

Advantage+ Shopping, catalog ads, and creative testing tied to purchase ROAS.

02

Med spas and aesthetics

Before-and-after creative within policy, lead forms, and booked-consult tracking.

03

Home services

Seasonal offers, lead ads, and retargeting for high-ticket installs and repairs.

04

Fitness and wellness

Trial offers and membership funnels with cost per signup reporting.

05

Restaurants and local retail

Radius targeting, event promotion, and foot-traffic offers.

06

Coaches and info products

Webinar and application funnels measured on cost per booked call.

Process

How our Meta Ads process works.

Audit

Tracking, structure, creative fatigue, audience overlap, and attribution settings checked in writing.

Rebuild data

Pixel and Conversions API fixed so Meta learns from real buyers, not page views.

Test creative

A weekly slate of new hooks and angles, with losers cut after enough spend to judge.

Scale winners

Budget moves behind proven ads in steps, so the learning phase does not reset every week.

How Meta ads work now

On Meta, the creative is the targeting.

Meta's delivery system decides who sees each ad by reading the ad itself: the hook, the visuals, the words. Narrow interest targeting matters less every year. The advertisers who win feed the system more good creative, more often.

That is why our plans are built on creative volume, and why we judge every ad on its first three seconds before its click-through rate.

Case study

How an apparel brand went from 1.6x to 4.3x ROAS in four months.

They were spending $40,000 a month across 38 ad sets, each too small to exit the learning phase. Creative was one photo shoot, recycled for six months.

We consolidated to four campaigns, fixed a Conversions API setup that was double-counting purchases, and shipped 14 new creatives a month, half of them creator videos. By month four: 4.3x ROAS, with CPMs down 43 percent.

FAQ

Facebook and Instagram ads FAQs.

What owners ask before hiring a Meta ads agency.

How much does Facebook ads management cost?

Agencies commonly charge $500 to $5,000 a month or 10 to 20 percent of ad spend, plus setup fees. Our pricing is performance-based, tied to the return on spend or cost per lead we agree on after a free audit. Plans differ by how much new creative we produce and test each month, and there is no markup on your spend.

How much should I spend on Facebook and Instagram ads?

Enough for each ad set to reach about 50 conversions a week, which is what Meta needs to exit its learning phase. For many small businesses that means $1,500 to $5,000 a month to start. Lower budgets can work with fewer, simpler campaigns, and we will tell you what your target cost per result requires.

Is $1,000 a month enough for Meta ads?

It can be for a local business with a low cost per lead and a single campaign. It is usually too thin for ecommerce testing, because the budget spreads across too few conversions for Meta to learn. At that level we focus spend on one offer and one audience until the numbers justify more.

Who makes the ad creative?

We do. Our creative studio writes the hooks, designs the statics and carousels, edits the videos, and sources UGC creators on Scale and Dominate plans. You approve concepts before anything runs. If you have product photos or footage, we use it, but you never have to produce ads yourself.

How long does it take to see results from Meta ads?

Most accounts see early signal in the first two weeks and stable performance in 30 to 60 days, once tracking is fixed and the first creative tests finish. Scaling usually starts in month two or three, after we know which ads and audiences hold their cost as budget grows.

Are Facebook ads still worth it?

For most consumer businesses, yes. Facebook and Instagram still reach most U.S. adults, and Meta's delivery system is very good at finding buyers when it gets clean conversion data and fresh creative. They underperform when tracking is broken or the same ads run for months, which is what we fix first.

Should I boost posts or run real ads?

Run real ads. Boosting optimizes for engagement, so you pay for likes from people who rarely buy. Campaigns built in Ads Manager can optimize for purchases, leads, or booked calls, use proper audiences and exclusions, and report cost per result. Boosting has a place, but not as your main spend.

What metrics do you use to measure success?

The one that pays you: return on ad spend for ecommerce, cost per lead and lead-to-sale rate for service businesses. Behind that we watch hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, CPM, and frequency to spot fatigue before it shows in results. Reach and likes are not success metrics.

Do you lock me into a long contract?

No. New accounts start with a 90-day term, because the first quarter covers tracking fixes and the creative testing that sets up scale. After that, plans go month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You own the ad account, pixel, and creative the whole time.

Paid or organic social: which should I invest in?

Both, for different jobs. Organic content builds trust and shows which messages people respond to for free. Paid ads put budget behind the winners to reach buyers at scale. Our social media growth team and Meta buyers share results every month, so good organic posts become ads fast.

What is a Meta ads audit and what does it check?

Our free audit reviews 20 points: pixel and Conversions API health, event deduplication, attribution settings, campaign structure, learning-phase status, audience overlap, creative fatigue, frequency, placements, and landing page match. You get the findings in writing, whether you hire us or not.

Which ad formats and placements do you use?

Mostly Reels, Stories, and Feed video, plus static images and carousels for offers and catalogs. We usually start with Advantage+ placements so Meta can find the cheapest results, then check placement reports and exclude anything that wastes spend, such as low-quality Audience Network traffic for lead generation.

What do you test in Meta ads?

Creative first, because it moves results the most: hooks, angles, formats, and offers. Then landing pages, lead form questions, and audiences. Each test gets a written hypothesis and enough spend to judge before a winner is declared, so decisions are based on results, not a hunch after two days.

Which businesses should use Facebook and Instagram ads?

Businesses with a visual product or result, a clear offer, and a customer worth at least a few times the cost of acquiring them. Ecommerce, med spas, home services, fitness, and local retail do especially well. If your buyers are searching for you rather than scrolling, start with Google Ads.
